Lisa Robison
Lisa Robison is currently employed as an Advanced Paralegal by Marathon Petroleum Company LP in the HR component of the Law Department. She has been working in the field for 20+ years, previously specializing in product liability defense work. Lisa has served on the board since 2010 in a variety of roles and graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.

Molly O'Connell is currently a Compliance Analyst for Marathon Petroleum Company LP where she has been working for the past four years. She is a two-time alumnus of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies (1994) and an Associate’s Degree in Legal Secretarial Technology (1992). Molly has been working as a paralegal for 30 years and has enjoyed a career in a general practice law firm in her hometown of Dayton, Ohio and as a litigation paralegal for a law firm specializing in medical malpractice while living in Cleveland, Ohio. Molly has been a member of PANO for four years and is excited to continue serving on the board.

Marian Buntain has a Bachelor of Theology Degree and has completed an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies with honors at the University of Toledo. She is currently a paralegal at Marathon Petroleum Company LP working in the Law department focusing on litigation in the area of brand matters. Marian is currently a member of the Toledo Paralegal Studies Advisory Board and has been a member of PANO since 2017.
Lisa Foreman, is currently a Mass Torts Litigation Paralegal with Milberg, Coleman, Bryson, Phillips, Grossman. Prior to Milberg, she worked at the Toledo Bar Association managing the Lawyer Referral Service and providing paralegal support to the Pro Bono department. Lisa is a member of NALA and graduated from The University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies in 2016. Lisa is currently working on becoming a certified transcriptionist
Dawn Kaucher is currently a paralegal at Eastman & Smith Ltd. in the employment and litigation sections, primarily supporting the workers’ compensation practice. Dawn began her paralegal career at Eastman & Smith in 2004. Dawn has worked in the workers’ compensation industry for over 20 years, and prior to joining Eastman & Smith, she worked for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for 5 years. She graduated from Lourdes University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Dawn has actively supported and volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House since 2013.
